THE BRUTALMOOSE.com GUESTBOOK
I've been a fan of yours for years but only found your awesome website the other day! I adore the retro html vibes.
I'll have you know that I recently tried the Quick Lamb Bourguignon you once featured on Brutalfoods. I found the recipe, of course, at mrfood.com, an awesome URL. The recipe got away from me at times, as I only found incorrect cuts of lamb at the grocery store and raw pearl onions instead of frozen. For some reason, I incorrectly thought my local Walmart would carry wine. They do not, so I had to use cooking wine. Cutting the lamb was also tricky, since I didn't find a boneless cut—at times I resorted to ferally ripping it off the bone, coating my hands in lamb blood (thematically appropriate, just in time for Passover). Nevertheless, the food actually turned out really tasty, and my friends liked it too. I may even cook it again sometime. Thanks for introducing it to me!
Keep up the great work, man!
