Thought you'd like to know that the Mystery Tapes series is actively saving unlabeled VHS tapes from being destroyed. My mom and I managed to hook up a VCR and go through some unlabeled recordings, and she'd intended on throwing them away, but I convinced her not to. Most of the tapes hold nothing more than Days of Our Lives recordings, but others have some surprisingly valuable segments on them. Thanks for educating this Gen Zer on VHS recordings, even if the tapes end up sitting in the basement for another 25 years, I'll make sure they get some more use out of them some day.
