I have 2 questions because I know you like Myst and Shenmue.
Have you played the Yakuza games? They're supposed to be similar to Shenmue. I picked up Yakuza 0 and it's probably the best recent purchase I've made.
Have you played the Mysterious Journey/Schizm games? Supposed to be similar to Myst. Only heard of them, so I don't know for sure.

I've been watching my bf play Yakuza 0 for a while, actually! It's pretty good, I really enjoy watching it. The one thing I can't really grasp is the story, though, I rarely know wtf is going on. Love the kit car races, though!
