My goodness, this brings me back to my childhood lol!

Ian, you have been a favorite YouTuber (and now streamer) of mine for a few years now. I ended up getting my husband into watching you soon after I found you, and now my 16 year-old miniature pinscher, named Angus, who is our grouchy old man in diapers, falls asleep to your calming yells of frustration when telling those pesky Norns refuse to follow directions, or listening to you eat ham mousse with mouth sounds ever so audible.

Either way, you're a joy, and truly a wonderful person, to have found on this World Wide Web. It has been great to find your YouTube, become a member on Twitch, and now try to find your Discord which seems endlessly avoidant lol.

Thank you, for choosing to create, and always being yourself. May you, BrutalFiance, MJ and Shadow have a wonderful holiday season this ever-so-close December, and an even better New Year!!

ahh, thank you very much for the kind message, and i hope you, your husband, and Angus have a great 2026!

(and if you still need help getting into the discord, feel free to email me or DM me on Twitch!)

hi hi!

rewatching the old mystery tapes episodes whilst setting up my phone and i noted in the intros you often say "vhs tapes from around the globe". obviously not actually holding you to that because that'd be ridiculous, but have you looked into trying to get hold of some tapes from overseas before? would be really rad to see some non-american tapes even if they're just from the uk or whatever.

keep doin whatcha doin, i treasure every vid you drop <3
Admin Reply by: ian
i have not found any overseas tapes yet, but maybe one day!
currently i don't go out of my way to look for tapes as they seem to find their way to me on their own.

Hey there Mr. Moose! I am a big fan of your site, especially the fact that the logo is on fire. Does your site happen to have one of those old-timey 88x31 buttons? For linking purposes 🙏
Admin Reply by: ian
it doesn't currently, but it should.

Greetings from the Isle of Man (UK)!
We are big BrutalMoose fans (I showed my husband when I moved over here from California). We are also big Hello Fresh fans. But sadly your promo codes are for American Hello Fresh. Any chance getting a UK sponsorship? Haha.
Hope you're doing well! Keep up the amazing content x

ahh probably not but thanks for thinking of me anyway!

hey Ian, I know you're more of a cat guy, but would you say your favorite breed of dog is the hot dog?
Admin Reply by: ian
if we're counting hot as a breed, absolutely.
otherwise it's probably labrador.

anyway I wanted to pop in to say i've been quoting "pizza pizza!" every time i get pizza for the past few years from one of your movie reviews and i can't for the life of me remember the name of the film and I was hoping you would remember

hope you hit that big 1mil soon brother, your stuff has never come anything short of fantastic
Admin Reply by: ian
long time no see dude! i remember you.

i've been trying to think about what "pizza pizza" could mean but i'm coming up empty, i might need more context. if i remember it i'll message you somehow.

hey Ian, we all know you the most hardcore™ gamer™ who only plays the most hardcore™ games™, so I was wondering, what is the most difficult game you've beaten?
Admin Reply by: ian
man i've got no idea how to answer this one, i feel like the perception of game difficulty really differs from player to player. i was pretty proud to have followed through with Tomb Raider on PS1 recently, though. totally out of my wheelhouse and very punishing.

I have a fantastic recipe for you, Ian.
Alfredo Ditalini w/ Calamari:
Ingredients:
◦ Water
◦ Salt
◦ Barilla Ditalini
◦ Bertolli Creamy Basil Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
◦ Vigo Jumbo Squid in Sunflower and Olive Oil
◦ Shredded Mozzarella, Pepperjack, Provolone, or cheese of your choice

Optional: Melindas Black Truffle Sauce, Fire Roasted Garlic and Habanero Pepper Sauce, Melindas Creamy Style Ghost Pepper Wing Sauce

1. Open can of Vigo squid and drain the oil, pat dry, or use it all if desired. Set aside for later.
2. Boil water in kettle, salt to taste. Add one box of Barilla Ditalini pasta. Cook thoroughly, leave al dente.
3. Drain pasta, return to kettle and add Bertolli Alfredo sauce.
4. Combine cheese and the calamari until all is thoroughly mixed.

Drizzling hot sauce of your choice is absolutely magical on this pasta, as well.
