Ian, I've been watching since way back in the Iron Soul and Lego Island 2 days, and seeing your content grow and diversify has been an awesome journey. Your videos are packed with passion and always brighten my day. Keep up the great work!

Mr. Ian- thank you for being a consistently great part of youtube for so many years- both your video game and food videos have entertained me and your brand of humor fits my own so well. I hope the future keeps you warm and forever feeling happy

hi ian!! i love all your videos very dearly. i return to them whenever i'm in need of a laugh. i can quote the twinkie cookbook video line for line at this point. but my all time favorite is the cosmic crisp video. that video is so comforting to me and also the phrase "room-temperature Randy" has become a catchphrase in my household. thanks for everything! 🙂

This website rules, i hope this guy is actually a profession food critic. i want him to destroy my future restaurant, rip it to shreds and compare it to a Banquet Frozen Dinner

Chef Ian Brutalfoods, as an aspiring to be content creator, I am constantly thinking of concepts and ideas for videos. I’ve watched all your videos and love them dearly, although something dawned upon me as of late. Your food videos have a heavy theme of either being nostalgic throwbacks or processed foods overloaded with salt. That being said, where’s the Spam Ian? It not only harkens back to WWII, it’s been a staple in American pantries since. Not to mention it is also a processed food with an abundance of sodium. Not to mention the countless recipes that exist with Spam, some being even iconic. One might think at this point that I love Spam, that’s not really the case, this is all just an idea born from brainstorming my own concepts. Where is the Spam Ian?

Haha you know Spam is not a bad idea for a video! There are a lot of things you can do with Spam. I'll keep it in mind, thanks Ahmed!

Hello Ian!

I’ve been an active viewer since the first living books video.
To say that you have had an impact on my life would be an understatement.
I started watching you in middle school. and watched your videos on loop throughout high school and now. I watch them as a college student.
In a sense, as you have grown as a youtuber. From going from game reviews to film reviews than food reviews ETC.
I myself have grown from a young kid into an adult!
So, I thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

Hey moose! Sick website! Thought I'd stop by and take a look around the place. About twice a year, I sit down and rewatch every video on your channel, and they still haven't gotten old after 3 years. I show your Town With No Name video to, like, every cool person I know, and it's still one of my favorite videos of yours! Before I go, I'd like to know, what's your favorite kind of snack cheese? I'm a mozzarella string cheese kind of girl.
Admin Reply by: ian
Oh yeah if I'm going to snack on a cheese, it's probably going to be a string cheese, I agree with you there. Babybels are also pretty good. Beecher's has a cheese stick that doesn't peel, but it is very good cheese. Overall, though, definitely the string cheese.

Thanks so much for watching/writing, Claire!

Hey Ian!
I love all of the frozen food reviews and all of the other content. When was the last time you checked out Coin Game? They have survival mode out now and even a third arcade!

Hey! I have to assume you've probably received such a suggestion before, but have you considered creating little compilation videos of just the old adverts you record when making a Mystery Tapes episode and putting those up somewhere? I'm personally fascinated by old TV adverts (doubly so in this case since I'm not from the US) so I'd really love a chance to see these things on their own.

Keep up the frankly astonishing work btw!! Your latest brutalfoods was incredible and easily one of your best videos yet. <3

Wow,this website is very well made and cool looking. Not something you're used to see being used by other creators on YouTube. Love to see what other stuff will be here! 🙂

Hello ian, Why did you stop making televoid. Did you lose interest or is the product too expensive and time costly. I am sorry for asking if you have already answered this question before

Hiya Ian!

Long time first time, all that jazz! I recently got a friend watching your videos and it's sent me on a binge again as well; I had never had the pleasure of viewing your website before, so imagine my surprise on seeing there is a guestbook! The joy, the nostalgia! I just wanted to let you know I still care deeply for you even though you don't like grape flavoring, which radically changed the alignment of our tastes in your Halloween candy video. On the bright side, it generally works out well to have opposite favorites when it comes to candy, and in fact I think stronger childhood friendships were forged with the kids you swapped with than the ones you didn't.

I think you're a neat guy Ian, take care!

Hi, I just wanted to say I don't watch a lot of Youtubers, but I watch your content on a regular basis. If you ever feel down, just know you matter. There's thousands of us who greatly appreciate what you do.

There is a british game show called The Crystal Maze that I think would highly interest you. https://youtu.be/bGlMjh5g4sc Let me know what you think if you're up for something a bit different.

Hi Ian! Been a big fan your videos for YEARS especially your VHS series. I'm a sucker for retro commercials. I didn't really know where else to ask, but do you plan to release merchandise at some point? I'd definitely be interested in buying if so. 🙂

Long time fan love the vids!

What's good homie!

Thanks for doing what you do, hugely into what you've been making the past few years; the fuzzy retro surrealism really gets me.

Curious though: you clearly have a lot of interests and different creative outlets between videos/art/music/etc— how do you manage pushing in so many different directions? As someone who can barely balance two disciplines, it's always really impressive seeing others jump in and rock multiple mediums haha.

Hope you're doing well, loved the new video!
