Hi Ian!
I love your videos, especially how they’re edited! The reason i’ve come here is to ask - where did the sound effect at the end of Hungry-Man 2: More TV Dinner Reviews come from? It is around the 32:27 timemark. It’s fine if you forgot, as it was from 4 years ago, but if you do, please lmk as a reply!

it looks like what you're referring to is a tune that i made for my BMBS bumper! so - it came from me.

I know you're still on your stream break, but when you do come back will you do your horror stream despite Halloween being in the rear-view mirror?
Admin Reply by: ian
the spooky stream was promised, the spooky stream will be delivered

helllloooo Ian!
I have been watching your videos for over half a decade now. Your content is what originally sparked my interest in retro gaming and video editing. Thank you for the hundreds of hours you've uploaded to YouTube- you've made many days of mine so much brighter.
P.S. do you like My Little Pony???

i appreciate it, Matthew!
but i must admit that i do not care for MLP.

Hi Ian, my wife is a huge fan.

We'll have a layover in Seattle in January. It would make her day if you could stop in for coffee at the airport just outside of security. I'd pick up the tab for sure. I know it's kind of a weird request. Doesn't hurt to ask though, only to get rejected.
Admin Reply by: ian
i appreciate the request, Early, but i'm pretty far out from SeaTac and also i do not want to go to SeaTac. i apologize for the pain of rejection, but i hope you both have safe travels and a lovely trip!

I was floored to see that you had an art presence online, having only discovered you recently and seeing you have almost a million subs I'd thought you would be too busy for such things.

I encourage you to draw and be creative as much as time allows. Traditional art needs all the support it can get in the age of generative AI, especially from someone higher profile.
Admin Reply by: ian
thanks a bunch, rikki! i've been drawing a lot more lately which has been nice. hopefully i can post some, soon.

Hi Ian, me and my partner always watch your videos together and wanted to go somewhere you reviewed.
This weekend we went to Round One at the Westfield and got jackpots on two games you classified as stinkers!
Thanks for making a video on that place!

Haven't watched much for years but the Halloween vid was great. Miss the old NormalBoots days but I've started to eye your new food vids - keep up the good work.

Big fan of the website - ultra cool and swag.

hi IAN i've been watching you since the facepunch days and I'm so glad you've continued to put out excellent stuff, it feels like you have a great time with it. the reason i'm writing this entry in particular is that I saw a 600 TV Commercials DVD Box Set at the thrift and immediately thought of u. bye!

iAN! We miss you! When are you coming back to a semi-routine stream schedule?
Btw your recent videos have been killing it! Keep up all the good work!
Admin Reply by: ian
not sure when exactly but i'll be back! didn't plan on taking such a long break but it's honestly been really nice to focus on videos instead of both streams and videos. i do miss going live, though!

Hey Ian! Long Time Lurker here! Sorry if this has been asked before but would you ever be interested in playing Visual Novels on stream?

I really enjoyed when you played Episode back in the day and thought Visual Novels could give a similar experience with(some of them are even fully voice acted!

Anyways keep up the good work!
Admin Reply by: ian
it'd have to be a VN that really called to me - it's a lot of reading. either that or it's a lot of sitting around and listening to voice acting, which doesn't make for the most engaging stream. not saying no but it'll have to take the right VN!

Hi hey! I've been watching your VODs on youtube allll year! My favorites are your Nancy Drew playthroughs and I just finished all the Shenmue I streams. I just started your Bully series today. I'm having a blast and you certainly keep me sane when at work. I recommend your channel to anyone who will listen to me! Your retro gaming inspired me to get my old family GameCube working again and it's a blast. I don't know if you have a GameCube but I have a feeling that watching you attempt Super Mario Sunshine would be both chaotic and hilarious. I also recommend Pac Man World 1 and 2.

thank you so much Rosie! sorry i haven't been streaming much lately but i'll be back! glad you're retro gaming - i love the gamecube

I am a hobby miniature model builder/painter, and have a drive-in theater with a 7 inch screen that holds a tablet/display, and thought you might enjoy it! I want to paint it a bit and make it unique with some extra parts I have hanging around, but Id love to send it your way! Ive been heavily inspired by both MST3k and your Bingo98 winners lounge, and would paint in a similar theme to your current stream intro! It is HO scale, so its similar scale to most Matchbox/Hot Wheels cars.

Dearest Moose, thank you for all that you do! All your videos and most else that you do exude pure creativity and leave me wanting to follow in (not all, just some of) your footsteps as a creative.

Are there any creative ventures you have yet to explore that you think might be fun and something you want to do?
Admin Reply by: ian
i've wanted to make a game for quite some time, including handling the art and music for it. i'll get it done some day - just gotta keep working at it!
